Hoeksche Chips: crisps from the growers' own potatoes in the Hoeksche Waard
20 August 2026 · 3 min read
Just around the corner from Rotterdam grow the potatoes that end up in our boxes as crisps: pure, sustainably grown and no-nonsense.
On the clay soil of the Hoeksche Waard, just south of Rotterdam, grow the potatoes of Hoeksche Chips. The growers fry their own harvest into crisps, so the whole chain stays in one region: from the field to the bag.
The recipe is kept simple: potato, oil and salt, with flavours such as paprika, sea salt and truffle. No long list of ingredients, just a crisp with bite and a clear origin.
Sustainable farming is in the DNA of the Hoeksche Waard. That makes the crisps not only tasty but also a product with a story you can put on the card.
Our boxes include Hoeksche Chips in paprika, truffle and sea salt. It's the product that gets opened first when a box lands on the table.
